Our apartment, ideal for couples, families and friends, will offer you the opportunity to spend a relaxing and enjoyable vacation! We have two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), one other bathroom and a kitchen, all renewed in 2019!

The apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need to transform your stay in a relaxing holiday: fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron, TV, heating system, wifi, air conditioned!

The apartment, inserted in the fascinating context of the “Umbertini” buildings, is located in a very central area between the districts of Esquilino, Sallustiano and Castro Pretorio. The originality, the quirky details, the eccentric atmosphere of the interior of the apartment reflect the complexity of the area in which it is located. On one hand you will be able to stroll through the elegant streets of the neighbourhood Sallustiano, inhabited by Romans in classy buildings, packed with Italian shops and restaurants of all types, while on the other hand, you will discover the neighbourhoods of Castro Pretorio and Esquilino, much more popular, lively, invaded by Oriental  aromas and delicious ethnic restaurants. These two districts, (especially the Esquilino) express the wonderful combination of different cultures arrived form every corner of the World into our city.
